All you need is :
1 cup pure cream
1 cup lemonade
3 cups self raising flour
Spare flour for dusting
Jam and cream for serving (or your favorite topping)

A large mixing bowl
Wooden spoon
Rolling pin (or a flat sided glass)
Scone cutter or knife
Baking tray
