Our club has been very fortunate to land an amazing fund raising opportunity.

SO WE NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE

The outdoor living and caravan expo is coming to the Mornington racecourse on Friday the 13/3, Saturday 14/3 and Sunday 15/3. 8.30 - 2pm

The expo has approached our club asking for volunteers to man the carpark over the 3 days of the expo and they will donate $3500 to our club.

This is a huge opportunity for us but we need everyone’s help to make it happen.

The club has committed to supplying volunteers to assist in the car park to guide the traffic not to collect any money as parking is free.
There is a supervisor to assist us also.

They are requesting minimum 5 volunteers at all times
Our club is requesting volunteers for minimum 2 hour shifts, you can do longer if you would like.

8.30 - 10.30 x 5 people
10.30 - 12.30 x 5 people
12.30 - 2pm approx x 5 people

For each day so that’s 45 volunteers over that weekend

Our amazing club has around 450 players so that’s a lot of families, lots of potential volunteers , please consider joining in and volunteer a small portion of your time for a fantastic donation to our club.

We need to have all places filled to meet our commitment to the expo ASAP at the expo need it locked in very soon, please act now.

This maybe a great opportunity for our older teams to get involved in volunteering time back to the our great club so u17.5 Boys and U18 Girls please consider lending a hand also
