CLUB DEVELOPMENT:

Coach Your Way

The ‘Coach Your Way” Program is an opportunity for women and girls to
gain knowledge, tools and support to confidently step into coaching or
support others in a coaching roles within your club.
These workshops are run by experienced AFL coach developers who will
provide participants with a better understanding of the coaching, and the
role a coach plays in supporting players and their development. It will also
give them the knowledge and confidence to explore opportunities at your
club.
We’d encourage Team managers, Committee members and Players (16+)
who are keen to engage further within your club to complete the program.

Upcoming sessions in our region include

Balnarring JFC – Monday, May 12
Pearcedale Baxter JFC – Monday, June 16
Bonbeach JFC – Wednesday, July 23
Other session : TBA

Your club will receive $100 for each participant that is new to coaching in
2025 & completes the Coach Your Way workshop
