Our club is still actively seeking a club Secretary
the role was not filled at our AGM
This role is important because without a Secretary the club cannot operate.
We would love to have new blood in the role and will train the new applicant in all the areas they need to handle.

Responsibilities include:
All official club correspondence
League liaison and administration
Liaise with team managers
Club calendar – rounds (inc byes), key events, committee meetings, TM meeting, coaches meetings, league events
Meeting administration (agenda/ minutes/ follow up completion of actions)
Oversight of registrations (managed by registrar/ admin)
Working with Children’s compliance
Contribute to club/ department budgets and responsible for managing and tracking expenses
Note: this role is actively supported by club admin
